e-Boutique was build to assist Boutiques run efficiently and profitably. e-Boutique is specifically designed to help boutiques keep track of items in the boutique and manage sales effectively.

Initial research gave insight about general problems faced by boutiques and how these problems multiply when business starts growing and when more outlets are added. Some of these problems include:

  • Raw material loss from inventory
  • Raw material loss during production
  • Inventory loss from place of manufacturing
  • Inventory loss from outlets
  • Managing stock on sale / discount
  • Managing stock between outlets
  • Managing regular sales / sales return / refund / exchange

e-Boutique handles all above problems efficiently by insuring that every product sold can be tracked back to its origin. Date, raw material used and other job order details are recorded in the system for any future reference. All finished products are bar-coded and received by outlets to become part of their inventory. And to secure the system further, all outlets are synchronized with a web based central database to keep all critical data at a remote server away from any intervention from outlet staffs.
